Mike is living the American dream and it shows in the love of every dish he makes!!!  He loves to cook.  It is that simple.   Mike would help his mom feed his large family.  The holidays were an especially happy time of food, family and friends!!!  He started working at the 4 star French restaurant "The Auberge Argenteil" when he was just 13.   He loved the action of the cooking and gravitated to it.  He entered the US Marine Corp during the first Gulf War.  He found his talents were better used in the kitchen than on the front lines.   His love of feeding people continues today with his small truck.  He hopes to have a truck in every state one day!!!  Call gordo mike direct at 347-838-1700
